Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFACSYSCOM), Mid-Atlantic is seeking a CESU partner from the Chesapeake Watershed Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (CW CESU) for the following: Cultural Affiliation Study, U.S. Navy Hampton Roads Area Installations and Special Areas, Maryland, Southeastern Virginia, and Northeastern North Carolina.  Please see the attached Request for Statements of Interest (ROSI), Scope of Work and Attachments.  Interested parties should respond by 5:00 pm Est, Friday August 29, 2025 (-updated-).
